1- Automatic Cutting
In this stage cutting of glass is done by an automatic cutting machine. It is possible to from different shapes of the glass by using a special software.

2- Bending of Spacer
Aluminum frames used in producing of double glazing glass are easily bendable. The frame which is used between two
glasses is quite integreted and due to the size and frame of glass it is bendable.

3- Injection of Wetnessless Material
As spacer is like a profil, this vacant space must be filled with wetnessless material. The reason for using this material is
that the space between two glasses must be quite dry and without any moisture.

4- Washing the Glass Automatically
The glass is washed quite automatically in a glass washing machine. The used water is devoid of any grossness to remove spot or oil on the glass.
On the next stage, the glass will enter quite automatically to the drier part of machine to dry it and remove all the water spot.

5- Assembeling Aluminum Frame on the Glass
In this stage, the glass is washed and dried completely. The aluminum frame is conveyed from botyl machine to this place by an automatic
conveyor to be installed on the glass.

6- Pressing Stage and Assembeling of Two Glasses
In this stage after installing of Spacer,s frame on the glass, the glass is entered automatically to the
pressing machine. When the rim of the glasses are parallel, two glasses are pressed.

7- Caulking and injection
In this stage, two sides of the frame is covered by botyl glue (ISO Botyl) to stick the glass on the spacer,s frame.
This is done quite automatically. The glue must have an equal surface and a certain thickness. Two glasses are placed on the frame horizontally.

8- Injection of Argon Gaz to the Space Between Two Glasses
The space between two glasses is filled automatically with an ineffective gaz like Argon or SF6 to produce a space
quite devoid of coolness, hotness and noise. Argon gaz is a temporal insulator and SF6 gaz is a vocal insulator.

9- Caulking Stage and Injection of Polisolfide
In this stage, the polisolfide and related hardner are integrated quite automatically and injected to outer edge between two glasses.
This is done to make the space between two glasses quite impenetrable.
